Book Summary: Dexter is a little dog who is either completely ignored or bullied by the other dogs and a cat in his neighborhood. He gets his feelings hurt but he has BIG dreams. Dexter dreams of being a hero–and then one day he decides that he’s going to make it happen. He doesn’t let his hurt feeling come in his way instead he studies superhero comics and movies, and then works hard getting himself into shape. He orders a suit for himself. Once his suit arrives, he goes out and starts helping others, saving a mouse from a sewer, tackling a purse snatcher and a whole lot of muscle building and a brand-new hero suit, Dexter becomes a SUPERDOG! But the bullies still snicker at Dexter–until Dexter has to save one of them. Before he knows it, everyone is asking for his help.
